I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP).

While combining a structured yet gentle approach, I help people gain confidence, clarity, energy and effectiveness using a coaching dialogue and, or tailor-made mix of Bach flower remedies.
